If I'm not mistaken, buydig has a reputation for poor or nonexistent customer service. Especially their refurb products, although this seems to be new product. Also, drone laws are up in the air currently, from what I understand, no pun intended.

Under 250g does not have to be registered. I registered my mini 4 since I have a larger battery that puts it over. Registration is only 5 bucks for I think 3 years. No big deal.

It's a new in box air 3. Regular price $1549, they have it priced at $1395 on eBay. Promo code takes another 20% off bringing it to $1117. I ordered one today. I was in the market for the mini pro 4. Figured go air 3 fly more for just a few more bucks than the mini 4 pro fly more.
