Seems like a hell of a deal for a case cooler and power supply. Maybe 600 Watts can't cover a 4090, but I think most systems would suffice with this output. Zalman is well known for making extremely quiet CPU coolers and fans. The all black aesthetic with braided cables looks nice. Nice I/O assortment for the front panel as well.

Wish I could make use of this! TU

C-tier PSU

https://cultists.network/140/psu-tier-list/

Personally I think this combo is just ok, nothing amazing. You can get better cases from Montech and a better cooler from Thermalright for roughly $100 total. That makes the PSU the only bonus this bundle gives you but considering the fact that it's a C tier PSU I wouldn't value it that highly. The PSU is good for a relatively cheap build or something like that.

What's the point of overbuying the power supply? This combo is not for a high end build.

The first gaming PC I built from total scratch was housed in a Zalman S2 tempered glass case - I paid $40 if I recall from Frys. It left a bad impression - looks good from 6 ft away, but the metal is super soft (e.g. if you screw in the motherboard stand off screw a little too tight, you would strip the threads), shoddy paint that chips/flakes off easily, and when you lift it up (after all components are put inside), it flexes. I thought perhaps these days, PC cases are just made cheaply because I hadn't built a PC in over 10 years. ~3 months later, I decided to get a similarly sized case so I can swap everything into a new case - the MSI MPG Gungnir 110R tempered glass case...paid something like $55 from Amazon. Let's say I had a huge smile on my face. The MSI case was only $15 more but in terms of quality, paint, fit-finish, ridgidity - BLOWS the Zalman out of the park. The MSI also literally feels 2x heavier - I think the Zalman S2 is perhaps made of aluminum or something.
