I bought the Gourmia and think it's pretty good. Tbh, the inside looks the same as this Bella, but the Gourmia has a lot more settings.

Which model did you get? All the ones I see online have a black plastic basket and the entire inside is black plastic.

This is the only one I found that's stainless steel inside and it's more of a toaster oven than an air fryer.

I always use foil in the air fryer, assumed everyone did. Else it's a mess to clean up. But certainly alleviates the food touching metal or plastic or whatever.
