I understand your new. Do your research first. This is the normal price everywhere.
Amazon always inflates their so called normal price. This is not a deal. One other thing. Put a little more detail into your posts.

I'm gonna say it... I miss the days of $1149 for the 5040ub refurbs... This 5050 is awesome but max should be $1999 at this point to be considered a deal. It's $2499 everywhere regularly. Best Buy has it for that now. $2,299 refurb'd from Epson as well.
