Not from the recent reviews I've seen. Apparently no patch has been released that addresses the cpu issue.

I really don't see the performance difference compared to the first dogma game

Supposedly if you go to any populated city area the fps tanks and the npcs will disappear and reappear based on only being a few feet away.
