The poster is a water-resistant white PVC vinyl with a removable self-adhesive back that doesn't leave residue. It allows you to move the poster around without needing tape, thumbtacks, or mounting putty.

They NEVER print this on the right paper. They always give you a regular poster and then say "Oh uh we have to order that other paper."

I tried using their site, and every image I would upload would auto crop instead of fitting the whole image. If anyone knows a solution please let me know.

I have the same issue. I downloaded some 4K wallpapers and most of them are only using the middle and it won't fit entirely on there.

I did go ahead and order 4 anyways to test how they'll turn out. I did the 24x36 ones last time around for a few NBA players and they turned out great for the money.

I would like to know if anyone has a fix or recommended resolution for these 16x20s.

I ordered one of these in April that turned out great. I was going to order another one, but now they will only let me order from locations farther away than I want to drive. I know the location I want to use is still open, but evidently they significantly reduced the locations that can print these.
