I ordered one of these a few days ago. Fedex delivered the solar panel as its own pacakge and marked it delivered. Amazon updated the status as order delivered based on that. I didn't receive the battery itself, not yet. My assumption is that was sent with ground shipping and I'll receive it later but there's absolutely no reference to another tracking number. If I go through the report shipping not arrived the bot says to talk to the seller as it's not shipped by Amazon.

i have a similar setup (with different solar panel) to provide power to my patio , it light up 3 hours every night, uses about 60% of battery, and get charged up the next day. it has been placed outdoors covered by a plastic basket for nearly 1.5 years, and it works beautifully to this very day

Last week I bought a River 2 from Amazon and it was not free return. Would charge $9 for returning via UPS

I bought one without last week from eBay, was cheaper than the equiv on Amazon. The seller ships FexEx requiring a signature of someone 21+yrs old, and does not disclose this in the description. So beware if you go the eBay route.

Anyone know how these connect to the solar panel? I'd like to replace a UPS that I have that powers my modem/router during an outage. Those are in my basement but I have a cat 5e cable from my basement going outdoors. Was hoping I could use Cat 5e PoE from the solar panel to the unit. Thanks!

I got a deal like this last year right before Prime Day (River 2 and a 60W panel) and the panel came with a cable that looks just like this one --

Search Amazon for "EF ECOFLOW Solar Charge Cable Solar Connector to XT60 Adapter Connector Connect Solar Panel for Portable Power Station & Solar Generator (3.5M/11Ft) : Industrial & Scientific"

The two black ones connect to the solar panel and the orange-yellow one connects to the River 2.

I think that's the case for basically all larger format lithium batteries (and while this one isn't huge, it's still 3-5x the capacity of your average laptop)

I'm showing 299. 179 without the solar panel.
Read the post again carefully..

Maybe you just live in a high crime area. Hard to say mine didn't require a signature.
