I have used this more than once in year's past - in fact twice on the same account at the same time (set up a separate log in for my wife (they issue a different card number for each authorized user) and both her card and mine showed the offer and we were able to each get the $45 credit).

Process is to simply active the offer; use the card to add $90 to your Mint wallet; $45 credit will appear on your next Amex statement. You can then use the $90 Mint wallet credit the next time you need to pay for a plan. I've done this multiple times before in the summer, but didn't use it until January (when my annual plan was up for renewal) without a problem.

You can; or if I remember correctly if you check the URL after you select the $20 it ends in "20" and you just remove that and replace it with "90" and the next page will be for a $90 load

Yes; you just pay from the funds that are in your wallet, then add funds from a credit card if the $90 is not enough.

There are three options listed - Add $5, $10 or $20 to wallet. Also, there is a $1 charge to load anything into your wallet. Money from wallet can be used only for extra perks. Just my 2 cents since I just signed up for the Mint plan.

Not even worth it in my case. The reception on mint sucks so badly compared to Verizon and AT&at I used previously. And the data deprioritization sucks even if you have reception. Good thing i tried it out first using 3 months promos on my second phone.

What was the amount posted on Amex? I saw $94.xx when trying to load $90 in mint wallet, I have not yet recharged. Most of the addon fees seems bs to me.

Relax, it does not work on wallet reload. They fixed it. I used this offer several times in the past. Activated and used it few days ago to reload wallet and it did not trigger confirmation email and deposit.

Yes, via chat with CS. They can apply wallet to the plan renewal. It was the case about 9 months ago
