Delete and completely Remove your Amex Card for a little over 24 hours and then go and add it back as the Primary Default Method of Payment and you will stop seeing the Message. Go straight to your Amazon Account and then to yourWallet. Do Not try to Link Through the AMEX Website. Has worked for Everyone I know. Just make sure that All The Items Ordered are SOLD & SHIPPED, by Amazon. Good Luck !!đź‘Ť

It shows that I'm eligible, but the discount is not coming off when I tried a few different Amex cards. Anyone having luck with this?

I just got it working. I'm not sure what I was doing incorrectly before, as I had selected the Amex card, had an eligible item in the cart, and used the code. Thanks OP!

Thanks. 10$ and 15$ off didnt work for me but this worked. Got 50% off max 75$.
