Delete and completely Remove your Amex Card for a little over 24 hours and then go and add it back as the Primary Default Method of Payment and you will stop seeing the Message. Go straight to your Amazon Account and then to yourWallet. Do Not try to Link Through the AMEX Website. Has worked for Everyone I know. Just make sure that All The Items Ordered are SOLD & SHIPPED, by Amazon. Good Luck !!👍

Worked. Already have had the card added for a long while. Tapped on step 1 to link the same card (login to amex), and that was it.
