Delete and completely Remove your Amex Card for a little over 24 hours and then go and add it back as the Primary Default Method of Payment and you will stop seeing the Message. Go straight to your Amazon Account and then to yourWallet. Do Not try to Link Through the AMEX Website. Has worked for Everyone I know. Just make sure that All The Items Ordered are SOLD & SHIPPED, by Amazon. Good Luck !!👍
