Why do all these new smartwatches make us tethered to the charger on the daily? I see from the reviews that some people are getting less than 18 hours of battery life even with AOD off. Unlike phone charging, charging a smartwatch requires quite a bit more work. If you use the watch for sleep tracking, and you don't charge it at night, are you supposed to bring the charger with you everywhere you go?

It appears the stock depends on location and is fluctuated. My trade in condition is Any Smartwatch, Any Condition.

I am logged in. I can't select trade in because the option to trade in does not exist for me when logged in. It does show up now that I have tried incognito mode. Odd.

Yeah their site is horrible and sometimes the app is better, sometimes incognito mode helps too.

nice FUBAR now with samsung and best buy ..

EVERY-TIME i have done any Samsung item and had BB involved it gets fawked up...
samsung wants a police report filed as they say it was stolen... hello i was here the jackass bb private courier never came... so now i waste a week of my time before they get a answer ... pisses me off..

i have had 10,000 usd worth of samsung crap sent here and nothing ever was missing until BB.

I am quite annoyed. the terms clearly say "Any Watch, Any Condition"...

I have an old LG Urbane smartwatch sitting in a drawer that I used until I got my Galaxy Watch 4 and I planned to return that one. Now I just got the email from Samsung about mailing in my trade in and it says "The device must start up to the home screen and function normally". HOW IS THAT "ANY CONDITION"?? That is such a scam... It used to work fine but I guess after sitting in a drawer for the past year and a half the battery went dead and wont charge up so I can't get it to turn on...

If you select Other, it says "any smart watch, any condition". But of you select Samsung, it says must be crack free. What gives?
