Also the smoke-less feature isn't smokeless at all. It is a kickstand that tilts the griddle back so the grease drains better and generates a little bit less smoke.
It's fine, I still use it almost daily.
Ended up getting a Breville after going through two of these.

Pro tip: get that unnecessarly large sandwich and redheat the other half in this thing the next for a much better sandwich
