I don't know about iTunes, but Fandango/Vudu has its own app. It depends on your widevine level on your device if you can watch HD/UHD if you own it. You can link movies anywhere to sync your content across different services, but not all content is movies anywhere compatible. I think vudu got popular because it used to be connected with Walmart. When I would buy a DVD from Walmart it would come with a digital copy for Vudu. Heck you could use your receipt to redeem a digital copy back then too. Before I knew it I had a growing library on Vudu. They still have a disc to digital program too where you can scan some movie's UPC, and it will give you the option to buy a digital copy for $2 or buy the upgraded resolution version for $5.

With iTunes the bundles always say HD even if the movies contained inside are 4k. And you get the movies in 4k if thats what they're available in, which they both are in this instance.

If a movie is not 4k but it upgrades later you usually get the 4k version in iTunes. If it's a Movies Anywhere title the later 4k upgrade won't port out. These movies are from Paramount so they're not MA titles anyway.

For what it's worth on Vudu if the bundle is labeled HD that's all you get even if some or all of the individual movies are available in 4k. This specific bundle is 4k UHD though.

Oh dang! I didn't know Addams Family Values finally got remastered. I bought it for $5 on Apple several months ago, hoping it would get remastered at some point. Gotta love Apple's free 4K upgrades (when they actually do them). Fortunately this one did get the upgrade.
