It's about $100 cheaper than building it so I give it a Meh rating since the mobo is in-house and Lenovo does not like to sell anything that can be oc'd. I was tempted today being the price keeps dropping, but then I read a few reviews. These are bad but I assume the good ones are from people who don't like to tinker or make it a slightly better bang for the buck.

1. But I had to reinstall windows 2 weeks after receiving it. Because the OS was constantly reinstalling the graphics card. I still live to this days crashes, more test are needed to know what os the problem with it.

2. Will not run 32gb of ram. 2 dimm slots are locked, and it can't run 4 memory cards. BIOS is very very locked down. They insisted on changing the board, and sent a tech here, and low and behold, I was right. Changing board did nothing . They refuse to admit it's a hardware or software lock.

3. Two RAM slots never worked.

4. I had to reinstall windows 2 weeks after receiving it. Because the OS was constantly reinstalling the graphics card. I still live to this days crashes.

5. The big problem is the BIOS limitations. There are very few options, and absolutely nothing regarding RAM. I upgraded the RAM to 2 * 16 Gig Corsair Vengeance. Result.. I have 32 Gig which runs at 4800Mhz. No XMP, EXPO... Why??? The Ethernet port is a gig port. Could have been 2.5 Gig for today's standards.

6. Brand new computer and 2 ram slots don't work.

7. bought 2 different gaming desktops from lenovo, and both were returned within a month. one with an i5 13th gen and a 3050 and one with a 7700x and a 4070. I5 computer was sold as having ddr5 but had ddr4 so it was returned, ryzen 7 computer worked for a couple weeks before losing the ability to hold a wireless internet connection. It would suddenly lose internet then couldnt see any networks at all, whether they were mine or the neighbors. It wouldnt regain the ability to reconnect to internet until i restarted it.

8. Powersupply had unbalanced fan. Customer service refused to send out a repair tech even.

Let's see what Prime Days 16-17 brings to the table since many other retailers are also jumping in to entice buyers away from Amazon.
Yeah, if only they would use name brand MB, Asus, Asrock, MSI it would be better.
At least splurged on a 850 PS.

Still overkill for a system that pulls less than 400W MAX at the wall (~350W total system power), unless it's a garbage PSU.

I ordered this system a few months ago. RAM ran at 5600 even though it says 5200 on order page.
