It's an ice pack. Go to any big box discount store (ollies, odd lots, big lots, ocean state job lot, walmart, etc)....these medium ones typically go for $2-3.
When they fail, and they will after a few years of use...chuck'em. Warrantly? lol. Cost more to ship it than it's worth.
Identical would be the same manufacturer. This one doesn't even look identical, you can clearly see the mold seam running down the length of it where the hydro flask is seamless. I'm paying the 20% premium for the reputable brand with warranty any day.
If yours was like $5 or less, I might take the chance.

Hasn't that been like... their thing? Even if items are pennies cheaper?
They offset the "discounts" by not paying their employees as well, in addition to wasting as much of your time as possible while collecting as much data on you as they can.
Not to say Target is any better, but there was a point where they were actually trying to streamline their layouts for logistics efficiency, while Walmart has always been about keeping you in the store longer.

As harsh as this sounds, what they play their employees does not change the fact that the customer gets a discount. We aren't talking morals and ethics here, Wal-mart IS a discount store.

This is the generic "ice pak" search at Target [target.com] Plenty of packs for pickup today in all sizes for $2.50-5. The large size Target house brand is $4.
