Have to Verify identity on Total by uploading ID to third party and face picture with port number. They have better phones like Galaxy A54 if gonna do all that.

Same question. And not very clear info on Boost's website. I'm looking to purchase, activate, cancel auto pay right away and use the phone as a WiFi device. But it's unclear if Boost will bill the cost of the phone in this scenario. Would appreciate any additional information/clarity. Thanks.
You have to activate the phone when you receive it, and then just disable autopay. If you don't activate it, they'll attempt to charge you for the msrp of the phone.

There's more to it though most only list the band not the carrier and the country associated with it that's why I was surprised and wondering if there's a website that does a better job detailing bands on specific models

I have seen no one but like you and one other claim this with no experiences noted, just claims.
And yours are just claims too. Buy it, do it your way, come back in a year and report if it worked, you'll have spent at least $75 for a phone [if the cheap plan is still available a year from now-doubtful-and if the company still exists-doubtful] for something worth $25 a year from now.

I like the Moto 5G Stylus better than the A54. My A54 seems like it has a shorter battery life (but I haven't tested it apples to apples). and the Motorola UI was pretty fun to use (I guess this is subjective).

Ok so I know it unlocks with a year of service ..

but is it possible to buy it with the $15 plan for 1 month, activate it for the month, then not pay anymore and keep it until I want to add a plan again?

That's why I keep my LG V30 and G8 as mp3 players.

You have these issues with Edge or S23U ?
S23U. That's why I'm getting rid of it. The edge has been good, idle drain is very low on 5g.

I can directly proceed to the final page ($54.99) and press the orange <Buy Now> button.
So question:

1. I only need pay the 1st month $15 fee, w/o paying follow monthly fees.. And after 2 months, it will be unlocked automatically?

2. Since I'm on the final page to pay, does it mean that I don't need need the photo ID upload verification?

Thanks.

OP said $55 total. So I assume no need to pay $15 monthly fee after the 1st one.
Then how to maintain service for 12 months if I stop paying monthly fee since the 2nd month?
