Can you help me understand why this is not a good deal?! This exact machine is currently $2049 at Apple Education and $2219 regularly.
$1799 seems killer to me!
Just a newb trying to understand the downvotes.

This is a great deal. Don't mind the downvotes, it will swing the other way. There's a handful of people whose life purpose is to protest Apple's move away from upgradeable RAM in 2012.

If you change the adaptor to 96w it changes to $1999 then you can apply the $200 coupon to get it for $1799.
