Is this brand new? Says certified refurbished on webpage.
literally says this in the desc:
New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item is handmade or was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag. See the seller's listing for full details.
personally would never buy from 6th ave.. they're not friendly to returns/exchanges/pm... but to each their own
When I opened the page I saw an Ebay coupon for $149.00 off, making this $1349.00. Cheaper for new than for refurb! I placed an order arriving July 10.

I second this - I bought MacBook from them on eBay -and when I sent it back - they took out 500$ for processing fee per their policy - I ended up opening a case with eBay and got a full refund.
Buyer Beware.
Having recently used an M3 Macbook Pro, the storage isn't the crime, it's the software. I would honestly take any Windows 11 machine over this just because it's far more intuitive to use. (I have experience with both MacOS and Windows with machines from years ago and now)
The battery life is nice, but now that ARM Windows machines are coming out, I don't think I'd consider this unless you're a big Apple fan...
Even for high-end Windows devices (ThinkPad, XPS etc) they mostly start with 512GB. Surface devices all start with 256GB. You might have a point asking for 512GB on the base Macbook Air, but 1TB is not a reasonable expectation. Most people never fill their 512GB SSD.

The warranty mentioned in description is also very vague.
