Don't do it. Not in the summer. Order this in the cooler months. I'm a fan of Blue Plate but mayonnaise will separate sitting in a hot UPS truck.

EDTA isn't that bad...It chelates heavy metals out of the body...It is used in chelation therapy... THE MAJOR toxic ingredient is the GMO SOYBEAN OIL..:

Please name a mayo that doesn't have EDTA as a flavor protector. Hint: Hellmans, Krafts, Duke's all contain this ingredient.

I've had them freeze in the cold months too, basically I don't buy mayo from Amazon anymore as it's always spoiled

Check your Walmart app. The 30oz Blue Plate is showing cheaper for me after Walmart Cash. $3.98- $1.50 Walmart Cash = $2.48 and not cooking in hot truck.
