I bought a MX Master 3 for my house about a month ago and am looking for another Work mouse now. Never had any issues with these in those 7 years. Other than I noticed that batteries were going, but that's expected for any wireless mouse.

Added bonus (or maybe non-bonus, hahaha) is that my baby loves to play with it when he sits with me in the home office. I switch it off, and he presses all the buttons and rolls the wheels. It has survived many throws to the floor so far as well and still works flawlessly.
edit. I'd imagine you can make the changes/tweaks on another machine with the driver/software. Save it as a profile onboard the mouse and swing it over to the work machine.

The master is a fantastic work mouse. I gave mine away to my friend cause he needed a work mouse and I have a ton of gaming mice and just haven't bought another one (e.g. finalmouse ULX, deathadder v3 pro, super light x, sora v2, etc.) though. There are things on it that I absolutely miss (e.g. infinity scroll) when using my current plethora of mices for work and think about buying one all the time again just for work.
