Technically not an "electronic" so the gold standard Costco return policy applies. There's some value in that.

Also, 2% executive and 2% CC is $120.

It would be a bitch to return, but at least it's possible. These things are hundreds of lb, and if you want to return it to some random vendor you're paying for shipping. My biggest hesitation to get one of these is that they seem prone to failure and I don't want to spend $3k on a boat anchor.

i remember buying a mattress, it was way too big to return so Costco picked it up .. I'm guessing it's the same with this one.

We bought Osaki 2D back in 2019 for $1500 then tried 4D models at Costco and shopping malls. The more expensive chair has lot more good features and much more better however can't justify $6000-$8000 chair. $3000k is good price for 4D but be aware after 2 years+, the fake leather will peels/rips and there is no replacement.
