I have the black 3 piece of this

Decent but

Medium handle got stuck up (used a dremel to sand down the inside to make it work again) - every so often it still sticks moving it up or down but whatever

The large developed some type of hole with shaggy fray with the middle of bag in zipper area.. pretty sure it got snagged somehow at airport. So far a hole you can see thru but not large enough to be a problem but going to guess that it will one day be a problem.. unsure of an easy way to patch it without looking ghetto

Don't get bland colors like gray or dark. Almost every bag at the baggage claim will look the same. Try to get some odd color that stands out so no one will mistaken theirs for yours.

I'm still amazed that with so much security of our possessions in so many other places, that people are still ok with their possessions conveyering around an airport full of anyone's eyeing it constantly. Add to that the mass amts of pieces that all look the same and give anyone valid excuse to walk off with your stuff and be allowed to have a perfect claim of they didn't know because of how similar it looked to their bag (and you don't even need proof to show how similar your bag is)
