Bought it and cancelled it due to the bad reviews. Ended up buying Thomasville Tisdale Modular Sectional 6 model instead which is also on sale. I was able to see this model at our local Costco whereas the other was not available.

I am not saying there are no bad reviews on this couch, but it does have nearly 500 with a 4.5 out of 5 rating, so for furniture that is very good.

I am 250 lbs and have had this for over 3 years now. I have not taken it easy on this whatsoever and besides people we also have 2 dogs and a cat that are on it constantly. And this thing is still great.

We returned our tisdale and got a lowell. Worlds more comfortable for us. Ymmv

I got a Tisdale as well. Feels sturdy, firm and comfortable.

Haven't seen this couch this low since pre-pandemic inflation. Pretty sure it has been FP for $1600. This is a deal. If you can get it in warehouse it will be hundreds cheaper too, just have to "deliver it" yourself. The cushions are pocket coils, so will feel somewhat firm compared to just a cushion made of foam, but will hold up 10x better. Only downside of this is the bottom cushions can't be removed for cleaning, other than that I can't recommend this enough. Got ours back in 21 iirc and it still is in as good of shape as the day it was delivered (besides normal wear and tear for being 3 yr old). The ottoman can be used as such but also to add length to the chaise part of the couch or to the other seating areas to make a 2nd "chaise" type seat.
