Is this really worth the extra money over the ryobi equivalent specs? I have both eco systems. I'm just trying to convince myself I don't need another blower. But I feel I need to buy it.

Using the $10 per ah for the batteries then the batteries alone is worth $120. If you don't need the kit than I would say you have options. I have the Milwaukee Gen 1 blower and EGO 670 and 735 and I take out the EGO more often unless I am already using a Milwaukee tool where I can just swap the battery. I use the EGO blower for blowing wet leaves and after a car wash. I know I am talking about a different platform but I found EGO have its place. I have many of the Milwaukee power tools but I find EGO more useful with outdoor tools.

Project Farm tested this, and his testing basically showed that the ryobi was better than this model, which is surprising. I'd definitely save the money if I were in your shoes

This new blower is a little better at blowing, but MUCH quieter than the single battery fuel blower that came before it.

You can hack the one on this deal? It bundles them together when I add to the cart.
