This is food-safe grease, not really something you would use in a car. It's meant for machinery that processes food.

It's also 37.28 per pound.

Your better bet if you need something like this is to buy the tube - https://www.amazon.com/Super-Lube...r=8-6&th=1

It's the exact same stuff, but buying it by the tube makes it $20.00 per pound.

This stuff is pretty amazing if you look at what it can do.

Dielectric, food safe, clear, easy to apply among other things. 7$ is a great price for a great grease. Look it up yourself

I used some on the tracks of my windows so it glides open and close a little easier

If you have 100 year old wood frame, single pane windows you should use wax.

This is good stuff. Safe for use on plastics.
Keep in mind that Super Lube is the brand name, not the name of the product.
There are different types of grease sold in the same grey tubes with the same super lube logo at the top.

1000 grit sandpaper, then wax.

But ideally, replace them. Old windows are one of the most versatile money losers on a home.

One use that isn't getting enough attention is how good this lube is for controllers.

It can lessen or eliminate stick drift, while also helping with squeaks and rattles.

I've been waxing mine with used candles and was thinking of using this instead for convenience. Why do you think wax is better?

This stuff is great to have in the garage. Good on brakes, slide pins, battery and all electrical terminals, spark plugs, etc.

I could be wrong but I was always told to avoid silicon base grease on automotive suspension as it will erode some types of rubber. You should you the moly on this. Don't use moly on bearings though!

Grabbed a tube for trailer connections, o-rings etc. Corrosion Block is a great product for electrical connections, but it's like spraying liquid gold it's so expensive.
