Unless the CEO of oral-b hand delivers the brush heads with a COA I'm never buying brush heads from Amazon. The last one I bought came in a Ziploc ,pics on the site showed it in an oral-b box , the heads where in the plastic/cardboard containers with the ring but the country of origin was no where to be found. Which is a violation of customs but Amazon doesn't care. The one before looked legit I peeled of 4 labels to find made in Germany but those heads only lasted a month.

Costco frequently has 10 for $45. Non-members can purchase too, but you have to pay a 5% surcharge. You can buy it for even cheaper off eBay.

Considering inflation, $20.12 is not bad in terms of historical price.

All the ones I got off eBay were genuine. You just have to know what to look out for when purchasing. If you want the peace of mind, then you can buy from authorized sellers.

On Amazon it's from the Oral-B store, ships and sold by Amazon. I'd take my chances and likely say it's not fake. eBay is the wild wild west compared to even Amazon, and that says a lot.

I've mostly bought from Amazon and never a fake after many years. It could happen with some random seller, but you'd be able to tell- off brand ones have never been very good. If you've used the official ones enough, the difference will be obvious.
With Ebay, it is like all items, depends on the seller. There are fake ones out there I'm sure.
