Its a great price but some of the 1star reviews are worth noting- arrived rusted, springs broken, metal bent. Probably can ignore the one about where Fedex left her delivery.

So when it says "Fits inside most standard bed frames", does that mean I can put this inside an existing bedframe? A tenant just broke the slabs today and I wonder if I can order this and put inside the existing frame and just remove all the slabs

Slat, not slab. Without inquiring about the lease agreement, my suggestion is to do away with the wooden frame altogether, since your particular tenant has already proven to be rough. If it were me, I'd get rid of the wooden frame and use just this or something similar, with a cheap bed skirt. If you're feeling extra nice, separate the headboard and attach it to the wall or use metal brackets made specifically for headboards that bolt onto the legs of the metal frame.

Anyone know how Walmart handles returns on these?

I just ordered the wrong size on one of these from Amazon($75 for full) and they sent UPS for a free pickup. Man, it was seamless, after worrying for a month on what I was going to do, since I don't have a car, lol.
