Just in case it helps others. I bought this machine during a previous deal. I bought it via Macy's while they also had a 15% (or something) cashback promotion.
I ordered the additional accessories and found them helpful when preparing espresso:
Espresso Scale with Timer 1000g x 0.1g https://www.amazon.com/dp/B094XKJVGH
Helpful when you want to make sure you grind exactly 18g of beans and extract 36g of espresso.
FIRJOY 54mm Espresso Dosing Funnel for Breville Barista Portafilters https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B4JSK3X7
Avoids spilling of grounded espresso when using a WDT tool and before tampering.
IKAPE 53mm Espresso Tamper, Premium Barista Coffee Tamper with Calibrated Spring Loaded https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09QYT62P4
Helpful for constant and consistent tampering.
IKAPE Spaceship Espresso WDT Tools, Adjustable Espresso Stirrer for Barista https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BYHGNJ67
If you want to add a WDT tool to your tool collection. I bought this but there are many others, cheaper and more expensive ones.
Totally new to these coffee machines. I am considering moving from the Ninja Pod based brew coffee machine to something more advanced and noticed this one. However, looks a big complex jump and thinking of going for an automatic Delonghi listed here - https://slickdeals.net/share/android_app/t/17603130
Any of you coffee experts share your expertise why paying the same amount for a superautomatic coffee machine ain't a good idea or it is fair move?

I'm no coffee expert and purchased the Breville Touch last year because I read that it is beginner friendly but also provides flexibility should you want to be more advanced. I've been very happy with it. It has a preset amount of brews (Latte, Capp, Flat, Americano, Espresso) and guides you through each one. It's also great at reminding you to clean the machine and/or change the filter. I would say the only part that you will need to figure out is dialing in the grind settings for your coffee beans.

I've had both and the main upgrade for this machine is the automatic frother. If it's not worth the difference to you to have to manually froth your milk, go for the Pro. I really like that I can just put down the milk pitcher and press a button and it stops frothing automatically at the right temperature.

The quality of the brew and the machine is top notch and I recommend it to anyone in the market for a machine in this price range.
After over 5 years of use it has "paid for itself" a few times over. We rarely buy coffee out anymore (Starbucks, DD etc).
Highly recommend La Colombe Nizza.
