OP's deal is $ 0.107 per oz with 5% S&S. This is a equivalent to Kroger brand 64oz peanut butter price per ounce.
Good deal if yoi want a lot of peanut butter.
This jar size is much more manageable when you get below half-full.
Good if you need it now. Not as good as stocking up when Costo/Sams put it on quarterly sales (~$26 equivalent) unless you have the 15% locked in.
