There's a reason it says "Cricket" meaning that's the only one it will work for. If it's still same policy then it's required 6 months of ACTIVE service before qualifying for unlock but with no detailed specs on which bands it supports it might be only good for Att providers even after unlock.

Are there custom ROMs for this? With a clean Android installation which is up to date this would actually be useful.

This seems to use Helio a22 and overall has almost the exact same specs as the ZTE A7 primes that visible was giving away for free back in 2019. Even then they were slow but surprisingly good. I'm a champion of basic phones that can do a lot but in 2024 unless you have no other option don't buy this. It will do basic web searches basic YouTube texting a messaging and such but even something like pokémon GO is going to be a little rough with a helio a22 processor in three gigs of RAM. If it was free or was going to be a backup phone to leave and the kids car with a $6 a month cell service from someplace like mobile x then sure but at this point, stay away
