ok thanks i'll keep an eye on it. i get free prime offers multiple times/year. but i think prices will be inflated so that amazon can make us believe we get a good deal with their "discount".

Unfortunately, Amazon does that with a lot of their products but if you know your market, you can shift through the bs for the occasional hot deal.

Prices are coming down. Their are reports that production has been increased. 2tb for 70bucks will be here before BF. I wouldn't get a QLC unless it is only for PlayStation or a game drive

BTW, if it wasn't clear "next Tuesday & Wednesday" meant next week, the 16&17. For me usually 'next Tuesday' (etc) would just be the very next Tuesday. Even if it's tomorrow.

Having only "SLC" in the title is incredibly misleading. It's a QLC drive with a SLC cache (which basically all modern consumer SSDs have).

The dram vs non dram debate is non sensical for 90%+ of users who will never notice the difference.
