how often do you really think you'll use that DVD drive? I am an outlier and wanted a drive, but I just bought a $10 external drive and hook it up very occasionally.

Don't see any reviews for the case, but I'd imagine it's a pretty good case since MagniumGear (formerly Metallic Gear) is owned by Phanteks. Comes with 4 fans and front perforation seems to be clear. Base seems decently elevated as well for the PSU. Top filter is magnetic.

Only downside would be that it can only fit one 360mm radiator (top or front) if that matters to you. Could probably still do a 360mm top for CPU and 240mm front for GPU if necessary.

Metallic Gear cases, in my experience, were great. Built with the mitx, matx and atx cases (IRRC) they had and yeah, they were compact but smart and worked well. The feel of a case was way closer to a Fractal premium case than anything else.

When the texture of a case is pretty awesome, that's something right? Ha.

To be clear, this is "compact" but not really that small. It's still the same depth as a case I have here and just messaged that has internal 5.25" drives and a spot for rusty drives.

That said, you need the length for the chonky GPUs these days, and it's just big enough to do a lot. Definitely considering one and would have already ordered it if not for the MIR special sauce!

You get what you pay for in a PC case. Find a Microcenter and compare cases and you will see.

To anyone thinking you're gonna get Fractal North aesthetics from this, take a look at a user photo from the front. This is not an elegant case.

Came here to say this looks a Fractal rip off. Shame. Fractal makes good stuff. Buy from the OG.

I like the wood trim look, how does this compare to the Fractals?

It looks like the Fractal version is more detailed and sleek looking.
