You should be able to upgrade in store to executive. (they have good benefits for insurance)

When getting the executive card with the credit card you have to factor in that rewards will be released to you in February/March and if you cancel before then your rewards will be lost. If you join in July you'll be stuck in a cycle of wanting not to waste rewards from March-July if you ever think about canceling.

OK, the deal is pay $200 and you receive $120 executive membership, $40 in a digital costco card and $60 in a voucher to purchase online . That totals $220. Is this a good deal? The $60 membership makes better sense. IMO

For people need to buy something online that's over 200, executive membership is no brainer. You will get 2% extra cash back voucher from Costco.

Absolutely not. They specifically check address and enforce the rule as "1 per address".

You're right. I never get the executive since normally you'll need to spend ~$3000 to make up the difference. I only ever bought my new refrigerator since they had the best warranty and nothing else, so it wasn't worth it to me.

But since I'm in the market for new tires soon, I'll probably easily spend over the $200 if not on those, something else
