Just know that it takes about 10 mins to clean the dang thing when you're done mopping, so don't think of it like a stick vac that you can just use for a second for a small mess.

Just know that it takes about 10 mins to clean the dang thing when you're done mopping, so don't think of it like a stick vac that you can just use for a second for a small mess.
Replaced the battery after 3 years for not too much, and recently I dropped it and damaged the dustbin latch and they sent me a new one for 25 bucks.
Oh, the roller also made an odd clicking noise when you rolled it and they sent me a free replacement of the entire head when I asked their customer service about it. I figured there was just a fix for it and they sent me a new one without me asking.

I also go the Eufy X10 Pro Omni and have it vacuum and mop every night.
Or ocedar sells one where you fill the juice and the pads are washer washable which I use for light mopping. I use my tienco when I want a deep clean. It feels magical after using this thing.
Do the entire house every week with it and I used to only mop once a month or two so great that does both in one sitting!
