It looks like (and says) it has four ram slots. Wonder if you could just add a 16GB stick. Also, does anyone know if you can add a second NVMe SSD?

This has the meh 5700, BTW. Not to be confused with the 5700X.
This cpu was released late since the original zen3 only had 5600/5600x/5700x/5800x3d/5950x

They saved up enough just like the 5700x3d is just binned part of 5800x3d so 5700 non x is just a not as Overclockable with its voltage and frequencies so it has better consistent boost ranges but it still has similar cache of 32mb l2 which still is better than r5 5500 due to it being limited to pcie3 speeds for other slots

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

This should be closer to $600 to even be considered as a deal. All you are doing by buying this is saving time not having to build a computer by yourself.
If you take a look at this PC Parts List: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/q26wWt it is only $50 yet having numerous benefits such as being on a more modern platform which allows upgradeability down the line, a faster and more powerful graphics card, and having faster DDR5 ram. If you want to get closer to the $700 cost, you can get the Ryzen 5 7500F off of aliexpress for around $130 and save $40. The Ryzen 5 7500F is basically identical in performance to the Ryzen 5 7600X. So in actuality, for $10 more, you can get a much powerful pc (given you or someone around you can build it; it very easy to build).

The 5700 (non X) only has 16mb l3, so it's the same as a 5500 in that regard.

this is a very good deal
It's a good deal, but there have been a fair amount of PC with specs similar to these lately. To be clear I am particularly talking about the video card, ram and SSD.
