the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has launched an investigation into the Evenflo Revolve 360 car seats amidst concerns that they may not meet certain Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards 213 requirements. At the core of the investigation report lies the fact that this convertible car seat has a detachable base. Which is a potential safety issue identified by NHTSA.

Will Walmart price match their own price?
EDIT:
"Please note that we do not price match the following:
Competitors' prices
Items purchased from Walmart.com that later decrease in price
Prices available through Marketplace or offered by third-party sellers
Items offered in Walmart stores"

I had to do this a few times on a different carseat where the QC control was a bit iffy

We love them both. Especially the ability to quickly recline him for nap time while on trips. Huge points there since he likes to be more upright when he's awake and playing, but will sleep better and longer when reclined.
The biggest thing we've learned is that I will make sure to test the seat fastening system on any additional car seats better. The extend version has better seat clips and the tightening adjustment is more user friendly. So that's the one we use when swapping one into a grandparent or friends car. I can change that one over to another car in a few short minutes. The slim version uses more "old style" clips and tensioners. They aren't the end of the world. But it takes significant more hand strength to loosen and remove that one from the car. Not sure if that's specific to the slim or if our slim is just a little older than the extend (we got both as hand me downs from friends).
