So along with the coupon and also Ra******, It came out to $435 total after tax.
And apparently it shipped.
The offer I received is $105 off $550.
Turns out it was 105 off 550 not 599. I didn't even need to get the HDMI cable, but oh well.

Yeah, I got the non-Plus for general use, so better CPU/graphics are not super important. Screen is. But the non-Plus should have an ok screen I guess.
