You basically have 2 camps. The first camp are those who say they're trash and every recent shirt peels on the first wash, or even look at the sideways. Or the second camp, which includes myself, who still have really good luck. OK, maybe I'm being a little hyperbolic, but I'm really not far off from some of the haters.
Seriously though, I've bought dozens of shirts over the years and maybe had 3 that had peeling issues and two or those it started year(s) later. Personally I've had the best luck with any of the heathered material shirts which are really light weight and soft. As far as solid colors go, they're also fine, but I do feel like the quality has dropped. Sizes tend to be fairly consistent, but you may notice a difference if you purchased years apart.
Hope that helps.
"Many SDers continue to claim these shirts fall apart after looking at them too long, but others have had good luck for many years. Perhaps you should adjust your expectations for $6."
80% of mine from the past 3-5 years are going strong. The others are yardwork shirts or rags. Fabric quality is fine, it's always the graphics that go. Best bet for the print is choose a simple design.

1. The print quality sucks now. I don't care what you want to argue, the thing is going to peel if you wear it like a normal person wears and washes a shirt.
2. These designs are not new. I bought a couple of these years ago.
3. They come out to less than $6 a shirt. Some of you have waaaaaaaay to high of expectations for a $6 T-shirt bought from the clearance and junk side of Amazon.... Who already sells junk....

And seeing that you mention that you've personally bought many of these, I was hoping you could answer this one question:
Have you ever bought a woman's t-shirt from this vendor, and if so... are those specific shirts cut specifically for a woman?
I'm thinking about buying several of these for the women in my life (Mom, Wifey, Daughters, Nieces, etc) and was hoping you (or someone reading this) might have knowledge about the 'woman-specific' shape/cut I am referring to.
I'm about to possibly pull the trigger on 15-20 shirts (dependent on the forthcoming feedback from my SD friends here).
Thanks for any information you or anyone else can provide re: the above!
