I bought this in March. It's a great concept. Does a good job as a vacuum while washing the floor. I have tile floors with grout. Does not clean the grout and barely gets the floor wet. It could use some improvements in my opinion such as a roller with a thicker nap made out of a material that does not pack down when wet or possibly a brush in it. This is like washing your floor with a short nap paint roller. Would not buy again.
When we first got this vacuum we were extremely impressed with the vacuum and mop combo. It worked so well at first but almost exactly 30 days after buying it the mop part stopped spinning and it barely sucks anything up, it just pushes it around.
I am very disappointed and frustrated.
