My Ultra just arrived today... WOW! I really love this watch! I opted for the trail band and it's super soft/stretchy and comfortable.

I have the original and I really like the design. The black one died about 2 years of daily use and I bought a white one as a spare which I couldn't get myself to trade it in for $100.

Just a day or 2 before the Ultra was shipped the classic 6 battery went back to normal. The battery drain didn't change even after i turned off BT, wifi and notifications. My ultra is coming in tomorrow and hopefully it's worth the trade .

For trade-ins, do I need to find the original box, charger and plug to send the watch with? I can't find the box and I don't recall it came with a plug. Thanks!

I didnt like the trail band but the peakform was nice, I wonder if I can exchange the trail band for the marine.

Is anybody experiencing a charging issue? The charger that came with the watch is not working. I am currently using my Watch6's charger to charge it, but it's extremely slow. It takes 3 hours to charge from 12% to 97%.

Same here, didn't like the Trail band either and am using the Marine band.

Spoke to support via chat and tried to exchange it as I wanted to get the Peakform band instead but they said it wasn't possible as it's a bundle order so I'd have to return everything and re-order, which I don't think would work anyway as I couldn't select the band on checkout.

You might have better luck. Not sure how much flexibility support reps have though presumably they could do it if they really wanted to.

No issue with the charger that came with the watch. It's not fast but the classic 6 charger seems to take even longer.

The first couple of days the battery have 50% less at the end of the day but the last couple of days the battery use jumped so much it goes into power saving mode by the early evening. Nothing really changed activities or adding any new apps.
