I usually drink Premier shake in the morning for breakfast. I recently bought Atkin and Quest protein to see how good they are. Are these better?

I used this until I started experiencing 'hot quads'. Like my quads will feel really warm for no reason at all. Just sitting down. Maybe it caused a clot down there is what I thought.
Anyway this stuff is laden with heavy metals. Google heavy metal muscle milk.
