Good price on a 6 piece insulated set. Comes with a PH1 and PH2, but everything else is various sizes of flat head. Not everyone realizes, but a Wera plastic hanging rack is included with the set, as well.

160 i/6 Rack Screwdriver Set Kraftform Plus Series 100 + Rack
Kraftform Plus screwdrivers enable a higher transfer of force with less effort, and relieve the entire hand-arm system - even with intensive use. In addition, the safety issue, always a top priority at Wera, is very much in focus for series 100 VDE screwdrivers. The quality of the blades exceeds current standards with regard to hardness and torque strength. Every tool is tested individually for dielectric strength under a load of 10,000 volts, so as to ensure safe working with loads up to 1,000 volts.
The individual testing in a water bath at 10,000 volts, in accordance with DIN EN 60900 (IEC 60900:2004), ensures safe working with loads up to 1,000 volts.
The outstanding design of the Kraftform handle ensures that it fits perfectly into the hand, preventing hand injuries such as blisters and calluses.
The hard materials used for the handle ensure rapid hand repositioning, without any danger of the skin "sticking" to the handle. The softer "anti-slip" zones enable the low-loss transfer of high forces - resulting in less screwdriving effort being required.
Impact strength tested at - 40°C. b>safety even under extreme conditions.
The screw symbol and tip size identification markings on the handle make it easier to find the right screwdriver in the tool case or at the workplace.
  • Features Lasertip Slotted and Phillips drive tips and rack
  • Lasertip micro-rough drive tip bites into the fastener to ensure a perfect fit and reduce cam-out effect
  • Multi-component Kraftform handle fits the shape to the hand for the ultimate in comfort and high speed torque transfer
In the Box: (1) Wera Kraftform Plus 160i/6 Insulated Professional Screwdriver Set, 6-Piece
  • CODE 05006145006 160 i VDE 1 x
  • 0.4x2.5x801) 1 x
  • 0.6x3.5x100 1 1 x
  • 0.8x4.0x100 1 x

Too many slotted screwdrivers for me, and no ECX.

These are excellent. I have purchased 7 copies of this set since 2019, one for myself and 6 for gifts, usually when they went below $30. I may buy some more now as gifts for newer friends.

The "laser grip" textured tips sound and look like a gimmick but it's actually amazing. They grip better than anything else I have tried. I have been super impressed by the #2 Phillips getting the job done on crappy chewed up screws, and the flat heads on the terminal blocks found on cheap electronics. The set has paid for itself many times over by saving me frustration in cases like that.

You may be thinking "Wow, 2 Phillips and 4 flat heads? Those are the worst! What about square, torx, or pozi?".
The thing is, a cheap set of torx drivers works fine and doesn't slip.
You only need these fancy grippy tools for the Phillips and flat heads you encounter.

Finally, you may be thinking "I don't need insulated drivers. I'm not an idiot I don't work on live electrical stuff, only low voltage".
On mains stuff it's still good peace of mind. On low voltage, it will keep you from accidentally shorting and killing parts that are more sensitive than you. 5v or 12v doesn't hurt, but having to scrap parts and delay your project does.

Historically this set has gone on sale cheaper than the uninsulated green version of the same set, which hovered around $40. Currently, the green set is actually slightly cheaper on Amazon at $27.29 so if you really never touch electronics or you hate the ketchup-mustard color scheme, consider that set.

What he said ^^^

The $17 Milwaukee set that was FP a week or too ago is perfect. If you are an electrician by trade, this set might have more value, but with no ECX, you're missing a major tool. Just wired a subpanel and the ECX was 75% of the need.

"Manufacturer 1 year warranty" sounds bad.

I remember when Wera had lifetime warranty (but only to the original purchaser).
