Has anybody seen somewhere where they no longer use nickel for the charging connectors on the Buds 3 pro? The Buds pro 2 gave me ear infections from this. I can't find anything on this pair.

My wife's air pods had issues with charging too and had them replaced.. these are likely to have issues so probably worth it to extend the coverage unless you like to gamble.

I like the fit and battery life on my Buds Pro 2 but hate the volume control (finicking, hard to get placement correct) Any tips for the volume control on Buds Pro 2 so I can save money and NOT upgrade?

Thanks for posting this. I ordered without the $50 app discount before I saw this thread. Cancelled my first order cause customer service wouldn't discount the $50 after the fact. Was able to reorder, $91 after tax. Pretty good deal for some Samsung Airpods.

Buds+ will forever be the best. 12-13hr battery life, passive noise isolation, and good call quality. Samsung just can't commit to what worked.

I saw the $50 for generic "other brand" too. Super tempted since only $25 less than Buds+ trade-in. They don't seem to clarify any brand/feature requirements, so I really hope they accept my $20 random brand bluetooth earbuds lol
