Overview: If Samsung is processing trade-ins like prior deals, you will receive instructions by email--along with a prepaid shipping label--around the time your new Buds arrives. You can also print the label from your online Samsung account.
You will send in the old earbuds/headphones only (no boxes, chargers, cases, etc.). Good practice: Make a VIDEO and take photos of the trade-in to prove the condition if Samsung challenges you after inspecting it.
When/how will I get instructions for trading in my device? Samsung will send you an email with the subject "Welcome to the Samsung Trade-In Program." The email will arrive anywhere from the day the new Buds ships to a few days after the Buds arrives. It includes a link to download a pre-paid shipping label. You have 15 days from receipt of the email to ship the trade in. You can also get the shipping label for the trade in from your online Samsung account under order details.

I pre ordered the fold 6 yesterday and considered adding the ultra watch and buds 3 pro using the % off discounts but before hitting the order button went to check how much those items cost individually. With trade ins I was seeing just the Buds 3 pro with free case in my cart for 79.99 and the Watch with galaxy 3 watch trade in for 404.99 with a free extra band. Both, i thought to be better deals than what I could get packaging the items together. Once I bought the phone the purchase prices of the watch and the buds remained the same, but go to checkout and both mysteriously jumped. If it wasn't for this thread I would have never known why the price changed. This is crazy to me that Samsung website is allowed to show one price than change it on the checkout page. Dealing with the chat is unhelpful and I'm getting pretty upset.
