Has anybody seen somewhere where they no longer use nickel for the charging connectors on the Buds 3 pro? The Buds pro 2 gave me ear infections from this. I can't find anything on this pair.

Any idea how long does it take for the Cashback to show on your account? I placed the order more than 24hrs ago but don't see any CB added yet nor there is a check mark on the shopping trip.

I received the email this morning and it's not 12%... same thing happened last week I purchased a tablet which was supposed to be 10% and I only got 3% out of it

So they removed the free case, and aren't even offering a in store credit or voucher to get one when they come back in stock? Lol

I'm definitely going to see if support will discount the price from the total.

Doesn't show it for me as well. I raised a request and support team came back stating that it might take few days for the details to get reflected in account.

Thing is anytime they say this, they generally doesn't pay out the cash back stating it was some or other fault from my side. Whereas I clearly added the item to cart through my EPP account, then clicked Samsung link on cash back site and then placed the order. Next time, I will record the interaction to prevent them from wiggling out from paying out.

Holy shit, it might be time to get rid of my gen 1 airpods I bought back in 2018. I don't really use them enough, might as well.

I ordered the pro and was not sure about how I would like it sticking in my ear, I have Galaxy Bud Pro and it works ok. I use my airpods on my android phone all the time but as you know it does not have any support. So I ordered the just Bud3 (non-pro) also but discount code did not work since I had the other order. Chatting with support they game me the code LV8DBGBU46 and it allowed me to get $50 off on another order. Also note on non-pro you do not get that great discount on trade for other headphones, just $20. Total price with education discount it came out to around $100 with no trade-in.

Yeah, that really is the deal.. I have a pair which would only last about 1.5-2 hours at this point, but case works too… but for $100 trade in credit it was a no brainer just to even try these out.. my order says buds pro 3, credits $199.99..
