Has anybody seen somewhere where they no longer use nickel for the charging connectors on the Buds 3 pro? The Buds pro 2 gave me ear infections from this. I can't find anything on this pair.

So this will be my first pair of "expensive" headphones and I have a samsung phone. When I do the trade-in and click "other" is it possible to buy really cheap wireless headphones from amazon/dollar tree/walmart and trade those in for the 50 dollar credit? Has anyone ever done this?

Thanks for DM'ing me with the screenshot, @amikaran4ever.

I called Samsung and the rep offered to add the items to the shopping cart and send a link containing the items to me via text message. Long story short, the link didn't work so I asked the rep to remote connect to my phone. Although the cart did not show a separate line item for the case, the rep reassured me that I will get the case delivered with the buds. Just to be on the safe side, I asked the rep to add a comment to my order about the free buds, which the rep did.

I ordered the silver buds.
Traded in a pair of airpods
My total before tax was $74.99.
Delivery date is Aug 14th.
The rep never asked for proof of the promo.

I got the same answer, so I switched the conversation a little: citing that when I purchased it the promo was active. So the rep would elevate the ticket and ask for a 20$ inconvenience promo code. Be respectful and patient, you can get something still. Good luck everyone.
