Has anybody seen somewhere where they no longer use nickel for the charging connectors on the Buds 3 pro? The Buds pro 2 gave me ear infections from this. I can't find anything on this pair.

The translation feature will not work. And I am assuming that there will not be any way to customize the settings on an iPhone. I found a video explaining the galaxy buds 2 pro on an iphone. It seems like you can use/borrow a samsung phone to change the settings and the settings will save. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kgBQPtwTuyA . I am assuming this will be the case with the buds 3 pro

Was able to trade in buds pro 1 for $100 then get a "$30 promo code for accessories" from chat rep after confirming order. Case is OOS so who knows if it'll work. ymmv

I was going to sit out this generation of earbuds but when I read the buds 3 pro comes with a 10.5mm dynamic driver and a 6.1mm planar tweeter, I had to try.

I wasn't using one of my buds live so it's going towards the trade in. $93 before tax is a bit high, but planar magnetic speaker in an IEM for sub $100 is a deal.

Let's see how it compares to my daily driver (Buds 2 pro) and sleep earbuds (original galaxy ear buds).

It looks like the charging contacts are at the bottom rather than in the ear, I had the same issues, but figured I'd give it a shot
