OP here. Got mine today, running 2x 1440p@120hz monitors and charging my work M2 Max MBP with the single included cable, which was the hope. Also worked with the USB4 port on my personal T14s AMD Gen 3.

I weirdly had one monitor constantly flicker when trying 2x 1440p@144hz, but for the price I will sacrifice a few hz I likely won't notice,

Old technology. If you are Mac user with apple chips, this will not support duel monitors.
It will work with the higher end Apple silicon chips (typing this from my M2 Max MBP with this hub powering 2x 1440p@120 monitors with a single cable at this very moment.)

Does it come with any displayPort cables? My monitors have either HDMI Or USB-C cables, they can't daisy chain so interested in this dock.
No video cables included, other than the TB3 cable connecting to host computer.

To connect to HDMI or USB-C monitor, you need either a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter (HDMI 1.4, 2.0 or 2.1; has to be the same or higher than the monitor specs to reach max resolution), or a special "bi-directional" DisplayPort to USB-C cable (unlike the HP Dock G2/G4, the front USB-C on this dock is missing video).

Any issues with either putting the MBP to sleep or the monitors turning on after waking from sleep?

I personally have this dock with an M3 pro. However, I only have two 27" monitors.
Is yours a 100 or 120 watt model? Curious if this dock's 60 max is perfectly adequate just slower.

Just put it to sleep, both monitors said "No signal, entering power save mode shortly", then went blank (so seemingly went asleep successfully). Upon hitting a key on my keyboard, both screens turned on and the Mac login screen appeared.

no KVM?
No, you would have to buy a KVM to get KVM functionality. This is a dock.

If you want a KVM you should consider looking for a KVM rather than a dock.

What an odd comment....

Well, there are docks that have KVM built in. Don't think you're getting one for anywhere near this price though.

I'd recommend a Dell WD19TB . Been using it since Covid started and it's been great. Charges my laptop and I have two monitors connected via DisplayPort .You can get them for like $70 on eBay .
I have two from my work, it works great but with some caveats. The old version has a fan problem where it runs constantly at max speed even your laptop is idle. The other thing is the newest version has removed headphone jacks which is not a problem for me, but if you have the old style headphones/mic with 3.5 mm cable, you're out of luck. Other than those, I am pretty happy with them. BTW, my laptop requires 130W input.

FYI the non pro chips, Apple M1 and M2 can only support 1 external monitor. The M1 Pro, M2 Pro, M3 Pro chips can handle 2 external monitors. The max chips can handle up to 4 monitors.

So if you have a non Pro or Max chip, this will dock will only support 1 monitor. if you plug in both monitors, they will duplicate the screen.

$50 and you only get 1g ethernet and no 20gbps+ ports? What a joke. This is not a deal at all. You can find 2.5g, 3x40gbps ports, 2xhdmi, 2xDisplayPorts for $25 shipped all day long.
