Rant: Someone convince me to replace my: 10 year old Braun Series 5 5020, Braun Series 5 570cc, and Phillips Bodygroom with this.. Been eyeing it for a while but would hate to waste something I have that works fine. I guess the 5020 only cost me $20..

FYI: they are cheaply built. We spent $350 after discount for my son 2-3 years back. He doesn't use it daily still the button fell! This can't happen for $300+ shaver!!

Yeah, I had the Series 5 570cc for 12+ years already, but the 9 series says "built to last up to 7 years". Like are no consumer products good past 5 years anymore? What gives

Shameless bump, but what should I do with my old Brauns? I drowned them in rubbing alcohol but I don't think it's an item I can donate. Would hate to just toss.
